What can I do if I cannot set up the fingerprint? When I hold my finger on the sensor, do the red and green LEDs always flash at the same time? I have already reset the factory settings several times. Thanks for any feedback.

it's OK, read correctly and continue! I also wanted to set up zag zag and missed a point, so logically it won't work.
