Lichtherz is, in the truest sense of the word, the heart of her clan until she falls victim to a dog attack. After recovering from this terrible experience, she is once again a full-fledged warrior. However, it has left its mark: she is distrustful even towards her own clanmates. When fresh prey suddenly disappears from the camp, her suspicion initially falls on the cats close to her, with fatal consequences. The story is told through vibrant, four-color images, depicting the aftermath of traumatic experiences as well as the joys of unity and family.
