For a few days now, picking up and hanging up on a Teams call no longer works. Does anyone here have any tips?

Yes, you have to update the firmware, that's the problem. Then you have to change the settings. They are brilliant. After the update everything works again. Have fun the device is awesome

We also had various problems with the headset. We installed the Yealink software for some users, after which we no longer had the problems.
