I am looking for advice from people who have the Cricut Joy.

I have had the machine for 2 days. My first plotter.

I have been trying to create a map for 2 days, I am beginning to understand the Cricut Desin and Cricut Joy programmes.

But what am I doing wrong; every card I make is totally cut off at the top (see picture).
And or the motif and the card corners si d not in the middle of the cards.

I use the original CardMat insert cards from Cricut.

Well, material wear and "usefinde" is probably just part of it. And a few juicy words when it doesn't work out...😇
I can't find a picture somehow. That's why I'm asking if you work with the card mat and - if so - whether you use cards from Cricut or our normal A6 cards. They don't work if you use a predefined motif, because our card sizes are different from those in the USA. Ours are narrower and longer.
Can you tell me where I can find the picture? Then maybe I can help you. Maybe not, but let's try. 😀
