Hey Info, you can download the proof of purchase from your customer profile under "Orders" for the respective order (at the very bottom, in the order overview).

For very old orders -> Order archive.

NOTE: Orders placed on digitec can only be downloaded on digitec. Orders placed on Galaxus, only via galaxus.ch.
