How does Galaxus guarantee that the pens in this Used + Tested offer are really still in good condition? I find the risk here rather high that this is not the case and would welcome a lower price, then I would buy it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a lower price in this case. There is always a risk with secondhand products. However, it can be assumed that the pens are still sufficiently filled.
