I bought the product with the UBS C cable so that I could make calls from my Android tablet, e.g. with Teams. Does not work. I also connected the headset to my Samsung mobile phone and tried to make normal calls. It doesn't work either. The only thing that works is listening to music, but that's not really what it was intended for. Has anyone had similar experiences?

Yes, unfortunately. It worked with the Huawei P10, and works with the Samsung tablet 5e, but not with the Samsung S9. According to my research, it is a problem of Samsung, which has blocked usb-c for telephony (if there is still a jack).

Hello Markus. It seems to be a Samsung problem. On the Huawei P10, the Polycom BW 5220 with Type-C works without any problem. With the Samsung S9 which we tested, you hear the ringtone (Poly BW 5220 connected with Type-C) and the caller hears you, so microphone works, but audio output does not work. The same is true with the Samsung when the Type-C headset supplied by Huawei is connected. If the Poly BW 5220 with 3.5mm jack is connected to the Samsung, it works without problems. Does your Samsung still have a 3.5mm connector? Greetings Gabriel
