Question about Silhouette Sticker paper
Is the paper in A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm) or 21.5 x 28 cm (letter format) as described in the first picture?

21.5 cm x 28 cm (Smaller than A4 but wider than an A4) , but could insert & print this normally in my printer.
Attention: In all 4 corners the "marking lines" are in white. This means that when you create stickers, you should make sure that they do not go beyond these white marking fields. Hope I could help you.
