Helpful answer

90% of all monitors (or more) have the VESA standard, and there are 2 sizes. This mount can handle both standards.

I can't answer that right now, but you can measure the distances between the holes in the back and compare that with the distances of this monitor mount. Unfortunately, I don't have any 27 inch monitors myself, but in my opinion these distances are regulated to a uniform dimension.
