As far as I know, the C has Bluetooth and is slightly faster. But I'm not entirely sure either. Why don't you ask on the Brother website?

The QL-820NWBc is the technically updated version. For example, Bluetooth 5.2, instead of the outdated 2.1 ... / etc.
