Since 1989, Alessi has been reviving the centuries-old tradition of lathe manufacturing. Many young designers have been fascinated by the simplicity of the tool and have since designed various wooden products. The Twergi collection includes pepper mills, corkscrews, cans, and bowls.

The Twergi salt/pepper and spice mill ES18 by Alessi is made from FSC-certified beech wood and is available in various color combinations. For Alessi's 100th anniversary, there are special products from the archives. TWERGI is the first to be featured.
