Our comfort futon is a 15 cm thick cotton bed mattress with a PU foam core. By adding 5-10% polyester to our cotton, we ensure a higher density and thickness of our futons compared to traditional Japanese futon beds. Nevertheless, it still has all the good properties of a traditional Japanese futon. The Comfort futon offers you medium-firm sleeping comfort. The cotton in the futon moulds to the contours of your body and supports it, while the foam core isolates slight movements. Please note that all our futon products are handmade and you may therefore notice small differences in size and weight.
