The XL 250 installation housing is used for the installation of LED, low-voltage halogen, energy-saving lamps, halogen metal halide lamps, as well as compact fluorescent lamps. The installation housing is suitable for fixtures or speakers with a maximum installation diameter of 278 - 285 mm. An absolutely concrete-tight and safely strain-relieved conduit entry without tools is possible for conduit sizes M20, M25, M32, and M40 through Primo membrane technology. A mini transformer is located directly at the box, which can be optionally extended by 126 mm using the universal transformer tunnel P873. The optional transformer tunnel provides space for the installation of additional electronic components. The installation housings are nailed to the formwork in cast-in-place concrete or attached to the steel reinforcement with separately available wings. In the precast concrete plant, the cover is flexibly positioned with a magnet on the formwork table without adhesive residue. The mineral fiber board allows for individual drilling openings, ensuring that the alignment line is perfectly maintained even after pouring the concrete. The covers with a fixed installation diameter are opened with a hammer.
