The product "LED tube (T8, 14.70 W, 2500 lm, 10 x, C)" from Philips is a package containing a single LED tube, not 10 tubes. The specification "10 x" in the product description probably refers to the service life or the number of switch-on cycles that the lamp can withstand and not to the number of tubes in the packaging. So you get exactly one LED tube per pack for the stated price of CHF 16.90.

As it is an LED tube, it does not need a starter. However, a fuse is included which is installed in place of the starter. Everything is included to replace a normal fluorescent tube.
