The correct TEMPUR pillow height depends on your sleeping position: Measure the distance between your neck and shoulder to find the right height point. Side sleepers need a higher, firmer pillow that fills the gap to the mattress, while stomach and back sleepers prefer lower pillows that keep the spine in a straight line.
Unfortunately, we no longer have the blue cushion cover on sale.

It is approx. 11 cm wider and therefore provides significantly more comfort at night.

According to my own research, this model here is size M. ( 50 x 31 x 10/7 cm ) :)
I am very satisfied with the Tempour Original cushion and can highly recommend it.
