Not to be used without the mat
This plate is not suitable for a baby without the mat. For storage it is also not really suitable, because you can hardly get the lid on it.

Very poor customer service, beware not to order directly from Twistshake
Customer service is extremely poor, a shame for the great products.
The product itself is really great and we love it. But beware!!! don't order it directly from Twistshake. The customer service is very bad and sometimes you have to wait 2 months for an answer. There is no number to contact.
Also, you have to pay 30€ if you don't pick up the product in time at the parcel shop and it is returned to Twistshake.
Instead of just charging the €7.99 return shipping cost, which is how it works when the package is accepted and then claimed and returned.
I had ordered from Twistshake and it took longer than stated for the product to be sent, so I was already on holiday when it was sent. I was therefore unable to receive and collect the product. Despite several attempts to contact Twistshake and explain the situation to them, I did not hear back until 2 months later, after I had indicated a problem with the payment to Klarna and asked them to contact Twistshake for me. Twistshake continued to insist on the payment of the 30€. I then honestly didn't feel like waiting and discussing any more and paid the 30€. Nevertheless, I find it absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. Too bad for the really great products.Pro
