Recessed LED downlight featuring advanced technology and sophisticated design. The housing is constructed from die-cast aluminum, serving as a heat sink. The square cover plate is also made of die-cast aluminum and powder coated. It has a round ceiling cut-out compatible with square types and comes in a closed version. The cover is made of clear single-pane toughened glass. It includes a standard Gore™ protective vents diaphragm valve to avoid condensation. The luminaire maintains a high protection rating inside the false ceiling (not applicable to the converter, IP 20). The faceted reflector features a parabolic four-segment design made of frosted aluminum, with a highly polished light mixing chamber. The luminous flux is adjustable in different steps, and it has a color rendering index of Ra>90. Installation is tool-free, thanks to the spring fastening system. A connected converter is included in a separate gearbox, along with a connecting cable (250 mm). It is suitable for through-wiring with separately available accessories, including a through-wiring box (5 pole). It is ball impact proof in accordance with DIN 18032-03 and is qualified for use in the food and drink industry.
