LED recessed downlight designed for high demands in technology and design. It features a die-cast aluminium housing that acts as a heat sink. The square cover plate is powder-coated die-cast aluminium, and there is also a square version with a round ceiling cut-out. The design is closed, with a clear toughened safety glass cover. It includes a Gore Protective Vents membrane valve as standard to prevent condensation. The luminaire complies with high protection ratings on the installation side in the suspended ceiling (not applicable to control gear, IP 20). It has a four-segment facetted reflector in matte aluminium with a highly specular light mixing chamber. The MultiLumen feature allows adjustability of the luminaire's luminous flux at various levels. It offers excellent colour rendering with Ra>90. Installation is tool-free thanks to spring fixing, and it includes connected control gear in a separate device box, with a connecting cable of 250 mm in length. It is suitable for through-wiring as standard and is ball-proof in accordance with DIN 18032-3. This product is approved for use in the food and beverage industry.
