The power supply from Self Electronics features a compact design and has been specifically developed for modern LED lighting applications in indoor environments. It connects via integrated terminal blocks. The VL-E types from Self are suitable for installation on materials with unknown flammability characteristics and can also be used as standalone devices outside of luminaires. With a standby power consumption of less than 0.3 watts and a startup time of under 500 ms, the LED power supplies meet current ecodesign requirements. Additionally, they comply with relevant EMC and safety standards, are VDE certified, and have an operational lifespan of up to 50,000 hours based on a maximum housing temperature of 80 °C. Their output is SELV compliant, and the power supplies provide protection against interruptions, short circuits, overloads, and overheating, as well as a 5-year warranty. After resolving a fault, an automatic restart is performed.
