Yes, yes and yes.
In the Hue app, you can set the switch to select 4 modes that you can customise yourself.
This lamp can be paired with the Hue Bridge, but a smartphone or Hue App is required, a pin must then be entered, which is written on the back of the lamp.
This is a newer version than the one on the website, it also includes Bluetooth, which allows those to control the lamp via smartphone without Hue Bridge or Hue Switch.
