After the move, I deleted the light bulb in the WiZ app and then in the Home app (Apple). The reconnection with the WiZ app worked. Unfortunately, I can no longer add it in the Home app, the message ''This device is already in your home, please reset it'' appears during the process. Deleting and reconnecting with the WiZ app did nothing. Can anyone help me?
I thought I had solved the problem at the time by deleting the app. Only after reinstalling the app was it possible to register other devices with the app again. Try this method.
