Bought this airbed from you a year ago - after 2nd use the air can no longer be released electrically. What can we do? Thank you very much for your efforts. R. Bachmann

We are very sorry that there are problems after the second use. If you have only had the airbed for a year, it should still be under warranty and I would recommend that you send the airbed back to us so that this can be checked.
