No. This switch is designed to go behind your standard light switch. It will turn a “dumb” bulb into a smart switch that you can access in your Hue app, and evidently in Alexa too according to ckuntzsch.

The switches are not displayed in Google Home and not in Samsung Smart Things.

But Alexa shows the switches. Routines can be built there to determine what happens when you click on Bride. So you could also trigger other things or lamps. However, it is more convenient and has more functions with Hue lamps.
