Hello all, Is it possible to operate the Hue Play Gradient Tube only with a bridge (but without a sync box) and to pair it with Spotify, for example, to get colour-synchronised light shows (analogous to the music being played)? Many thanks

Hello Chrihu69! Yes, that is possible. Personally, I only need the Sync Box to control my lamps on the TV with an ambient light that matches the TV picture. You should already be able to use the Spotify functionality you mentioned with the usual Hue app and without the box.
