Hello, I now have 27 panels. I read that the maximum is 30 panels. If you look at some variants of Aurora on the net, there are usually significantly more than 30 panels installed. is that right?

Yes, you simply need another power supply unit if you want to light more than 30 panels.

As far as I know, you then simply have to connect another control unit. So a maximum of 30 panels per control unit.
