Hello. Is it possible to use the Philips Hue Play Gradient only as indirect lighting? I want to mount it on a cabinet and not under the TV. Can I use it without the HDMI Sync Box and only control it with the HUE Bridge? LG

Yes, that works without any problems. I also connected my Play Gradient only via Bridge and not via HDMI Sync Box. The colour gradient is static in this case, but that is perfectly sufficient for me.
