Hello Anonymous. Thank you for your message. It is important that before you clean Julia, the mains adapter must be
unplug the mains adapter. For external cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and then
dry well. For internal cleaning, you can lift off the top part and clean the ultrasonic membrane with a conventional household descaler.
with a common household descaler. Please do not try to scrape the membrane free with a hard object. In the case of stubborn calcification, we recommend that you descale the machine several times in succession.
decalcify. After descaling, rinse the water tank and dry it thoroughly.
