How do you clean the Julia? Can the water container be removed and cleaned? That's how the previous diffuser broke for me, because I could only clean it as a whole. So water got into the machine very quickly and it was defective.

Hello Anonymous. Thank you for your message. It is important that before you clean Julia, the mains adapter must be
unplug the mains adapter. For external cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and then
dry well. For internal cleaning, you can lift off the top part and clean the ultrasonic membrane with a conventional household descaler.
