The Philips Hue White & Color Ambiance lamps reach their maximum brightness of up to 1,100 lumens at a colour temperature of 4,000 Kelvin (neutral white light). According to the Philips Hue website

When displaying colours, the brightness is reduced depending on the selected colour tone. However, Philips does not provide specific lumen values for individual colours. In general, saturated colours such as red, green or blue appear less bright than white tones.
