There are switching elements that can be controlled via WLAN or Zigbee.
The tube would have to be connected to such an element.
If the LED tube can be connected to a socket, you could also use a switchable socket from Philips Hue.

If your LED tube can be controlled via WLAN/Zigbee etc., the wall switch module could possibly control the LED tube. To do this, the LED tube would have to be integrated into the Hue Bridge or be controllable via a third-party application. 
However, I am not currently aware of any Zigbee LED tubes. 
Please note that when using this wall switch module, the lamp to be controlled is normally energised continuously (lamp phase is bridged). So if this is a normal LED tube, it would be permanently on and could not be switched on or off. In principle, this wall switch module does not switch any current but merely informs the lamp: "The switch has been activated". As the lamp is continuously energised, it can receive the signal and then switches on or off. To do this, however, the lamp must understand a radio standard. 
As an alternative, I would rather recommend a Shelly 1. This allows lamps to be controlled via WLAN by switching the power on and off (normally also installed behind the push-button/switch).
