Question about Simplehuman Duschcaddy

I bought a Simplehuman shower caddy years ago. And put it in a corner. Now it's time to fit it. But there are obviously no instructions. Most of the assembly handles are clear even without instructions. But what I haven't managed to do: how is the spring tensioned so that the part sits firmly? On one part (the second lowest in my opinion) there is an arrow. What about that? Thanks for your help. Perhaps the after-sales service (Service après-vente) can provide instructions?

The arrow should point up and for us the side with the arrow is on the side of the ceiling.

You need to see if you need the extra piece or not. Then it will sit very firmly with the spring tensioned

Thank you. Now the arrow is on the second top piece. With spring pressure. That fits well.
What strikes me: From the lowest piece (with foot) to the next part it should be a bit more stable.

When the thing is assembled, you can't see the arrow from the front. That's all I can say. The spring is automatically tensioned by selecting the correct length of the components.
