Is the power supply connected? - Does the lamp start to light up?
The magnets are quite strong even without power, but you can't levitate then... and sometimes I need a lot of patience; I have the moon in the palms of my hands and am slowly approaching the base again. Good luck!

The electro-magnetic coil has overheating protection. With my first lamp, the moon stood on the base after a certain time. It did this again and again. So it was clear that the overheating circuit was faulty.

The overheating protection also responds if you don't get the moon fixed. Then you have to wait until the coil has cooled down and continue later.
