I have disconnections about every other day. The light bulbs are then shown as disconnected in the app. I then have to go and unplug the bulb and plug it back in again. The problem affects 2 of the 3 bulbs I bought, so it's probably not my internet. Does anyone know this? Is this a general problem with the series or could it be solved with a different bulb?
I have the same problem with one of the two bulbs. I don’t have to disconnect it though. I just turn off on the switch, wait a few seconds and then turn back on. The bulb then seems to show in the application as available again. I think it’s a manufacture fault. I applied for a refund. My other bulb has never had the issue.
