I have fitted the lamp with the halogen bulb Osram Halostar Eco Superstar (GY6.35 35W, 670lm) from Digitec. The lamp gets * VERY* hot after a short time. Is that safe?

I am basically not an expert and also only a "user" of the luminaire. However, I can confirm that the light source (halogen) always gets very hot. This is the case with every halogen lamp because it is a glowing wire. From my point of view, it is harmless. As I said, every light bulb gets very hot.
