I have the problem that the light strip works on the top and right, but on the left it either shows nothing or only white. This is regardless of what the screen shows. The brightness does not vary there either, but is always at full. Do you also have this problem?

yes i have too! i assume that it can be a cold solder joint, because if i move
the colour changes briefly. really annoying for a new product!
