I put the product in the promo for CHF 85 in the shopping basket and paid immediately. Now I find out that I was charged the gross price, CHF 118, but without a message or the like so that I could have cancelled the purchase. Uncool... I ordered products for over CHF 2,000 today and then something like this... Have any others experienced this?
