I was so looking forward to this, but hey, are you serious? The scope of delivery includes a CH plug and you supply some foreign plug that I've never seen before in my life! Now I have to look for and buy a transition plug? That simply can't be it, can it? mfG

This makes things easier. The UK plug is also connected with a 3-pin cable. Cut it off, buy a type 13 plug at the DIY store, black and blue (or brown and blue) on the two outer pins, doesn't matter where, the yellow/green on the middle pin (earth conductor) and tighten everything well, finished... Greetings, Martin

Hello Corinne
I ordered the Philips alarm clock a few months ago and it was still fitted with a CH plug. Probably the stock has run out and only Schuko plugs are available. But with some youtube instructions, the plug can be cut off and replaced with a CH plug.
