I'm getting desperate. I've had the device for a few days and the children manage to put it into error mode every evening. Every display lights up and sometimes the alarm tone plays. And that's despite the key lock! It's clear that the children are pushing the buttons, but where does this error mode come from?
I've also had this alarm clock for a few months and it works perfectly, so no error signs. Your children must be technically gifted or this device is defective. I would report it to Galaxus and ask for a new one.
