Question about Govee Smart
Is a wall socket included in the package? Also, how many LEDs per meter? And why is the "colour group" white when you can see on the pictures that it is RGB?

According to the information available to us, the wall plug should be provided.
When switched off, the strip itself is white (but offers a panel of ~16 million colours when switched on).
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not specify the number of LEDs per metre.
