Question about Irisette Fehmarn
Is it possible to return this matress, in the event that it’s too hard, or too soft? What does it mean, when the return condition says original packaging? Am I supposed to vacuum role it again and stuff it back into the box?
you should direct this question directly to galaxus but I can assure you that the matress is extremely hard. for my wife it was to much so we have bought a topper which at the end was as expensive as the matress. btw. our matress was not shipped vacuum packaged although I know that it should have been..... frankly I think online is wrong way to buy a matress unless you buy a product you know from experience.
