No, and unfortunately I fell for it - the interface to HomeKit is the Hue bridge. Unfortunately, this description only says that Apple's HomeKit is also supported - not a word that the Hue Bridge is also required.

You can control it via Bluetooth with the corresponding Philios Hue app or integrate it into the WiFi via the Hue Bridge and then control it via the app.
