As far as I can tell, the jug is not double-walled.

Light, easy to handle and clean. We love how durable it is—finally a teapot that doesn’t break like all our old glass and ceramic ones.

No double wall, so the teapot is very hot and cannot be handled with bare hands when filled with hot water.
