It depends on the bulbs you screw in. I have Phillips and they are dimmable.

The lamp does not have its own control. It is connected directly to the power lines. In my case, the ceiling light is connected to a physical dimmer. This means that lamps that can be dimmed can be operated with it.

I also use Hue and wall switches for dimming 😅
But basically just yes, because there is no ballast installed that would have to be designed for this.
