Rinse with a water hose or Kärcher ;-) No, I don't know, so for me it would be easy to clean if I could put something in the dishwasher, but that's not the case here. What I can say is that dirt/dust from worn laundry doesn't stick to it, so it's probably enough to rub the basket with water and a cloth.

The floor is smooth, so it is easy to wipe.

Wipe out with a damp cloth.
