Hey, various possibilities: 1. the manufacturer offers spare parts, 2. or you can take a nut (M8 or M10) as an emergency solution, 3. or you take the pin with you and go to a craft shop (it may not be the same wheel but it works) 4. or Galaxus has received a defective couch back and offers spare parts from it. hope that helps.
