Question about Lexon Flip Premium
The alarm does not go off. Everything is set according to the instructions, including the sound and volume, but the alarm remains silent at the set time. Is this a defect or an incorrect setting? I still have a normal Flip, which works without any problems

I would also suspect a defect. I've tried everything to make sure it doesn't work. The only possibility: put the device the wrong way round.

if the other one works, I'm guessing it's defective
