To set the date, it should be flashing, but when I press set, only the time format, hour, minutes and alarm can be set, either on or off. Thanks for helping me, it's new.

I had the same issue, but with the time. I couldn‘t fix it so I got a refund and it sometimes changes so it is right most of the time.
