What happens if the HUE module is unavailable or the internet isn't working? Does the module detect this and the switch returns to normal, switching the bulbs off and on again? When this happens, it's a good idea to switch the power off and back on again, because when the power is restored the bulbs return to their default state and there's light. If I've understood correctly, this would no longer be possible?

Helpful answer

The switch has no physical connection to the lamp. The cables to the switch and from the switch to the lamp are permanently connected with a Wago. Without internet, this is only possible in the home network. The lamps cannot be controlled without a bridge (de-energising with a fuse or unscrewing and switching on again activates the lamp, however).
