Question about Philips Hue Fair Base

What is the difference between Philips Hue Fair Basis and Philips Hue Fair Basis BT? And what are the advantages and disadvantages of the two versions? I have also read that the settings of the lamp are lost when the circuit is interrupted with the normal light switch. Is this still the case with the current models?

However, the BT version is cheaper (control via BT seems to be an advantage, doesn't it?). According to the description, a dimmer is also included.

What is the advantage of the basic version (more expensive)? How does the price difference come about? What is the advantage over the BT version?
Many thanks for the help

The BT version has Bluetooth, so it can be operated directly via Bluetooth or a Bridge. Currently you can set in the app that the lamp should start again with the last set values after a power interruption.
