Why does the weight not match the packaging dimension and the product? It cannot possibly be that the mattress is lighter when packed than without packaging.

I have asked our supplier for the correct data. However, I have not heard back yet. As soon as I hear something, I would make the corrections. Otherwise, I will try another way.

The total weight including packaging is 18.6 kg. As soon as we have stock again, we can weigh the mattress again and thus correct the packaging weight. Thank you for the advice!
