As soon as I add the product to the shopping basket, 3 units are automatically added - I cannot reduce the quantity. Can I only buy the product in quantities of 3 or more?

Does this work with non-clumping, thicker litters such as Cat's Best?

Yes, it also works with Cat's Best, although we use a scoop for daily cleaning, but it's ideal for weekly cleaning as you have a spare saucer.
